Dr. Williamson is available to persons of all ages, voice types, singing styles, and experience levels as a voice instructor or vocal coach. With over 30 years of teaching and vocal performance experience in classical and popular music, Dr. Williamson’s approach meets the student’s voice where it is and, by means of the healthy building of vocal technique coupled with the learning of appropriate and diverse repertoire, each singer attains increased self-confidence, enjoyment, and musical achievement. Studio recitals are held about three times a year, offering prepared students an opportunity to perform in front of a supportive audience of friends and family.

Dr. Williamson is able to help with a myriad of vocal issues and goals, such as:

• If you have never sung before and want to learn how in a secure and encouraging environment

• If you need to rehabilitate your voice after undergoing vocal damage or illness

• If you are an established professional and are looking for a trustworthy second set of ears to help you smooth out your technique or coach repertoire

• If you are a university student or recent graduate desiring assistance in preparing for an important audition or role

• If you are a middle or high school singer looking for help to ace your All-State Choir audition, or prepare for a solo-ensemble contest

• If you are a church singer wanting to improve your voice and sing a solo during worship

• If you are a singer in pop, rock, or country music and want to improve your voice and the songs you sing

Day and evening times are available, and lessons are held in his home studio in the north 183–McNeil Road area. Reasonable rates. Performance opportunties are available.
